I ordered a pair of these in the apple butter color. I do have to warn you that they are more of a purple wine color than they are of a dark apple red color which is what I expected. So that was a surprise but I'm still going to keep them. They are highly comfortable shoes that I look forward to wearing. I must also agree 100% that they run small. I ordinarily wear a size 9 (medium) and sometimes a size 9.5 in athletic shoes only. For me the 9.5 was a excellent fit. The size 9 was naturally too snug all the way around. So order a half size up and if you plan to wear thick socks with them you may need to go up a full size. They are not wide and clunky like some shoes in this style so that may list for the tighter glove like fit. Personally I indeed like them!
